From Wall to Floor: The Pushup Journey Every Woman Can Take
Somewhere in gym class history, the pushup became a pass-fail exam and most of us failed it publicly. Reframe: the pushup is a ladder with four comfortable rungs, and the wall — yes, the wall — is a legitimate first step. Climb at will.

Rung One: the Wall
Hands on wall, body straight, lean in and press away. Fifteen clean reps. It looks easy and is quietly teaching your body the entire pushup blueprint — plank, elbows, press. Respect the wall.
Rung Two: the Counter
Same move, kitchen counter height. The angle drops, the load rises, the coffee brews three feet away as witness. Fifteen smooth reps unlocks the next floor. Pun intended.

Rung Three: Knees Down
Floor at last — knees down, body straight from head to knee (no tent hips, this is not camping). Ten controlled reps here means the full pushup is officially in sight.
Rung Four: the Real Deal
Full plank, chest to hover, press. Maybe one rep. One is not a consolation — one is the summit flag. Then two. The ladder never cared how long each rung took.
Wall to counter to knees to floor: fifteen, fifteen, ten, one. Start on whichever rung holds you today and add reps weekly. Gym class is over forever — this time the pushup works for you.
